"Diving Headfirst into Shalow Water", the winner of the "I care Animated Short Film Contest" organized last year, the first in December, in collaboration with the Association of Turkey Spinal Cord Injury (TOFD) and our Cartoon and Animation Dept., now screening in the scope of public service announcement.
Yalçın Eren, who brought the diving headfirst into shallow water that causes paralysis of thousands of people every year among films competing with better techniques and scenarios, won the first place in the contest, which is about the difficulties created by obstacles in social life.
Today, the winning production meets the audience as public service announcement on TV channels, İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Modyo TV and İstanbul Sea Buses (İDO). Once again, we thank TOFD and we congratulate Yalçın Eren for the awareness he has created with his work.
